Sats Moon described discovering street art while living and working in London’s Soho in the late 1990s, then collecting prints and expanding into work by artists including Invader, Obey and Damien Hirst.1 Broadsheet reported that he later managed the dance-music group The Potbelleez and that a 2019 Sydney storage-facility fire destroyed his physical collection.1 He subsequently turned to digital art and, with DJ Dave Goode, organized Future Art, a three-day immersive crypto-art event at Sydney’s Paddington Town Hall in January 2021.1 In a separate 2021 interview, Moon described himself as an art curator and collector and said Future Art combined large-scale projections, installations, augmented and virtual reality, digital displays and music.2
