On his own artist website, Justin Totemical describes himself as an independent computer artist whose practice uses a broad range of software and hardware.1 He places experimentation with evolving technology at the center of his creative process.1 Totemical says his work visualizes dimensions associated with his waking dreams, explores the boundary between imagination and reality, and seeks what he calls a visual expression of an originating or creative source.1
