In May 2025, the Museum of Crypto Art described jPeggy.eth as an XCOPY collector leading an effort to restore works minted through the defunct R.A.R.E. Art Labs platform.1 Its account says jPeggy worked with Coldie, XCOPY, R.A.R.E. Art Labs founder John Zettler, and others, and acquired the original RareArt.io domain while developing an ERC-721 wrapping mechanism for the platform’s earlier tokens.1 The museum reported that the resulting wrapper covered 738 works by 161 artists and implemented ERC-2981 royalties, framing the project as preservation infrastructure for early crypto art rather than a conventional marketplace relaunch.1
